On the morning of December 20, 2024, Guirong Company, in cooperation with Guilin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Guilin Talent Service Center, Guangxi Talent Network, and Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology, jointly held the "2024 College Graduates Employment Practice Classroom - Entering Guirong" activity.

On that day, more than 80 college graduates and teacher representatives from Guilin University of Electronic Science and Technology came to Guirong Company to participate in this event. Under the guidance and explanation of the company's employees, the students visited the exhibition hall and production workshop of Guirong Company. After the visit, the students arrived at the conference room of Guirong Company. At the meeting, the company's promotional video was showcased, and Manager Hu, the recruitment manager of Guirong Company, also gave a corporate presentation, introducing Guirong's development history, corporate culture, technical strength, and some engineering projects to the students. By combining theory with practice, students gained a deeper understanding of Guirong Company. After the company presentation, the students on site participated in a simulated recruitment interactive session. In order to provide students with a firsthand experience of recruitment interviews, a leaderless group discussion was organized at the meeting. Every 8 students formed a group, and each group was free to choose topics such as "Learning and Achievements at Guirong Company", "Our Career Planning"... and wrote or drew down their thoughts and ideas on paper with a pen, brainstorming, and divergent thinking. Two groups of students presented the results of the group discussion, and each member gained a lot from it.

In this meeting, in addition to conducting leaderless group discussions, a simulated on-site interview segment was also specially set up. In response to a series of questions raised by classmates regarding career development, job requirements, resume writing skills, interview response strategies, and recruitment processes, Manager Hu, the recruitment manager of Guirong Company, demonstrated great patience and meticulousness, answering and resolving each question one by one.
